February 20th-26th       Extremadura, Spain
As anyone who reads this blog regularly will know it has not been updated for the last week. That's because we decided to spent a week birding in Extremadura while it is still very quiet here. Below are one or two photos I managed to take of some of the iconic birds of this excellent region.

Great Bustards well camouflaged

Black-winged Stilt

Calandra Lark

Crested Lark

First winter Golden Eagle

Black Vulture

Griffon Vulture

White Stork
