On a bright and breezy morning with the odd spot of rain falling we walked from Chamber's Wall to the Oyster Farm lagoons for part of the walk with John Cantelo. We saw 2 Song Thrushes, 61 Redwing, 35 Blackbirds, 5 Cetti's Warblers, 4 Chiffchaffs, 1 Fieldfare, 17 Skylarks, 3 Corn Buntings, 30 Goldfinches, 2 Bramblings, 1 Kestrel, 2 Yellowhammers, 1 male Marsh Harrier, 6 Coot, 2 Redshank, 5 Bearded Tits, 1 Wigeon, 10 Teal, 4 Red-throated Divers, 2 Rock Pipits, 3 Pied Wagtails, 1 Great Northern Diver feeding off the Wantsum outflow, 8 Oystercatchers, 3 Turnstone, 1 Curlew, 14 Reed Buntings, 31 Chaffinches and 2 Goldcrests.
