On a showery and windy morning Matt walked from Reculver to Coldharbour and back. He saw 1 Hobby, 2 Great Crested Grebes, 10 Coot, 3 Gadwall, 17 Mallard, 2 Little Grebes, 7 Tufted Duck, 1 Sparrowhawk, 6 Grey Herons, 2 Willow Warblers, 1 Chiffchaff, 113 Swifts flying W, 7 Common Sandpipers, 3 Cetti's Warblers, 18 Turnstone, 4 Common Gulls, 6 Little Egrets, 2 Wheatears, 22 Sanderling, 13 Dunlin, 14 Sandwich Terns, 3 Shoveler, 5 Avocets, 17 Shelduck, 4 Yellow Wagtails, 8 Redshank, 7 Mediterranean Gulls, 2 Common Terns and 1 Whimbrel.
