Although it there was bright sunshine this morning there was a cool westerly wind blowing at Reculver making it feel quite autumnal. On our walk we saw 2 Chiffchaffs, 1 Willow Warbler, 1 Common Buzzard, 1 Redshank, 2 Common Sandpipers, 4 Tufted Duck, 48 Coot, 3 Little Grebes, 1 Green Woodpecker, 3 Great Spotted Woodpeckers, 42 Mallard, 2 Little Egrets, 1 Great Crested Grebe and 12 Goldfinches.
