It was a damp and drizzly this morning at Reculver with a moderate NE wind blowing as I spent two hours seawatching. Matt together with Derek and Dave Smith were there before me and birded for longer so I will add there final totals later. I counted 850 Dark-bellied Brent Geese E, 5 Teal W, 6 Great Crested Grebes, 84 Cormorants, 1 Gadwall E, 5 Shelduck W, 14 Gannets E, 8 Kittiwakes E, 6 Red-throated Divers, 3 Curlew, 37 Common Scoter, 5 adult Little Gulls E and 1 Black-throated Diver E.
