This morning we walked from Reculver to Coldharbour with the tide going out. Birds we saw included 2 Pied Wagtails, 68 House Sparrows, 1 Kestrel, 3 Sandwich Terns, 41 Mediterranean Gulls, 9 Little Egrets, 2 Grey Herons, 4 Meadow Pipits, 3 Swifts W, 7 Oystercatchers, 4 Whitethroats, 2 Redshank, 5 Turnstone, 17 Ringed Plovers, 16 Sanderling, 1 Yellow Wagtail and 12 Linnets.

During the afternoon Alex Perry saw our first returning Wheatear of the autumn on the seawall.
