On an unpleasant morning with a strong south westerly wind and heavy rain we spent an hour at Reculver where we counted 8 Gannets, 1 Great Crested Grebe, 20 Oystercatchers, 5 Dark-bellied Brent Geese, 8 Kittiwakes W, 2 Great Black-backed Gulls, 11 Chaffinches W at sea, 1 Red-throated Diver E and 16 Cormorants.
