There was a chilly north-easterly breeze blowing this morning as we walked from Reculver to Coldharbour. Birds we saw included 8 Swallows W, 4 Cetti's Warblers, 1 Gannet E, 7 Whitethroats, 8 Linnets, 1 Lesser Black-backed Gull, 3 Great Black-backed Gulls, 1 Gadwall, 2 Grey Herons, 1Whimbrel, 2 Great Crested Grebes, 2 Ringed Plovers, 56 Sanderling, 8 Turnstone, 4 Tufted Ducks, 2 Cuckoos, 2 Common Terns, 1 Fulmar, 1 second year Common Gull E and 4 Sedge Warblers.
