On showery and breezy morning Anne and I stayed around the Towers and recorded 2 Curlew, 1 Red-throated Diver, 1 Grey Wagtail, 3 Chiffchaffs, 11 Goldfinches, 6 Skylarks, 9 Swallows, 8 Chaffinches, 2 adult Mediterranean Gulls W, 2 Siskin W, 2 Oystercatchers, 2 Black Redstarts, 4 Meadow Pipits, 2 Pied Wagtails and 1 Slavonian Grebe on the sea 200 metres off the car park surprisingly associating with a Great Black-backed Gull (199th).
