We spent an overcast and quiet morning ringing on the Marsh south of the railway where we saw 15 Chiffchaffs, 1 Green Woodpecker, 5 Goldcrests, 6 Redwings, 2 Grey Wagtails, 2 Cetti's Warblers, 1 Great Spotted Woodpecker, 38 Golden Plover, 2 Redpoll W, 18 Chaffinches, 3 Swallows W, 310 Siskins W, 8 Skylarks, 2 Common Buzzards and 1 Crossbill W.

Birds ringed 29: Chiffchaff 7, Wren 1, Goldcrest 3, Chaffinch 9, Blue Tit 1, Great Tit 1, Cetti's Warbler 1, Reed Bunting 2, Redwing 2, Song Thrush 1, Starling 1.
