This morning we walked inland at Reculver where it was still sunny and warm but with a refreshing westerly breeze blowing. We counted 7 Chiffchaffs, 4 Willow Warblers, 5 Pied Wagtails, 24 Coot, 11 Tufted Duck, 2 Sand Martins, 1 Green Woodpecker, 1 Wood Sandpiper, 15 Linnets, 18 Goldfinches, 28 Mallard, 7 Grey Partridges, 3 Little Grebes, 1 Sedge Warbler, 2 Reed Warblers, 1 Yellow Wagtail, 2 Greenshanks, 1 Great Crested Grebe, 2 Mediterranean Gulls SW and 2 Lesser Black-backed Gulls, 1 adult and 1 juvenile.
