On a glorious, sunny morning we walked from Reculver to Coldharbour and back. We recorded 1 Blackcap, 8 Cetti's Warblers, 9 Whitethroats, 6 Reed Warblers, 6 Oystercatchers, 25 Swallows W, 1 Grey Heron, 16 Mallard, 3 juvenile Stonechats, 2 Gadwall, 1 House Martin W, 3 Cuckoos, 3 Little Egrets, 12 Turnstone, 2 Shelduck, 8 Sedge Warblers, 1 Marsh Harrier, 4 Common Sandipers, 2 Avocets, 4 Yellow Wagtails, 4 Lapwings, 4 Ringed Plovers, 1 Sand Martin, 1 Whimbrel, 2 Tufted Ducks and 1 Curlew. We also saw 3 Wall Browns.
This morning Marc Heath had 7 Red Kites flying over Hillborough.
