We then walked back along the seawall to Reculver and recorded 15 Song Thrushes, 1 Grey Wagtail, 3 Little Egrets, 10 Corn Buntings, 3 Yellowhammers, 8 Mute Swans, 3 Grey Plovers, 4 Bearded Tits, 10 Redshank, 12 Mallard, 1 Grey Heron, 34 Oystercatchers, 3 Great Crested Grebes, 2 Curlew, 620 Dark-bellied Brent Geese, 6 Ringed Plovers, 3 Dunlin, 4 Shelduck, 1 Sanderling, 1 Little Owl, 1 Kestrel and 1 Stonechat.
On his way home Matt had 10 Common Buzzards circling over Shuart.
