We got soaked this morning as we walked from Reculver to Coldharbour and back. Birds we saw included 598 Dark-bellied Brent Geese, 5 Mute Swans, 181 Cormorants, 1 Kingfisher, 4 Little Grebes, 11 Grey Plovers, 14 Ringed Plovers, 22 Redshank, 4 Sanderling, 81 Oystercatchers, 11 Shelduck, 2 Curlews, 21 Turnstone, 7 Mallard, 2 Great Crested Grebes, 1 Little Egret and 2 Goldfinches.
