June 14th
This morning we walked from Chamber's Wall to the Oyster Farm in very warm conditions and saw 22 Whitethroats, including many juveniles, 2 Chiffchaffs, 1 Cetti's Warbler, 6 Mallard, 2 Lapwings, 6 Linnets, 2 Shelduck, 2 Gannets E, 8 Oystercatchers, 22 Carrion Crows, 2 Yellow Wagtails, 2 Common Terns, 4 Ringed Plovers, 3 Little Egrets, 1 Cuckoo, 1 Redshank, 4 Grey Herons and 1 Marsh Harrier. We also found 12 Red-eyed Damselflies on the lily pads on the River Wantsum.

This morning, in their garden at Bishopstone, Julian and Alex Perry had a
Coal Tit (169th) visiting their bird feeders.
