The twenty fourth day of the Covid-19 lockdown began with another beautiful, sunny morning after some early mist. We completed our usual walk and recorded 9 Skylarks, 4 Cetti's Warblers, 4 Blackcaps, 1 Lesser Whitethroat, 5 Linnets, 12 Goldfinches, 7 Chaffinches, 6 Sand Martins, 2 Swallows, 6 Chiffchaffs, 4 Whitethroats, 1 Kestrel, 4 Willow Warblers, 1 Reed Bunting, 21 Mute Swans, 1 Wheatear, 2 Reed Warblers, 1 Great Spotted Woodpecker, 2 Tufted Duck, 2 Coot, 2 Jays and 1 Sedge Warbler.
