March 15th

It was very showery this morning as we walked from Reculver to Coldharbour and back. We recorded 550 Dark-bellied Brent Geese, 1 adult Black Brant, 2 Pied Wagtails, 95 Golden Plovers, 13 Turnstone, 15 Redshank, 12 Oystercatchers, 6 Mallard, 3 adult Lesser Black-backed Gulls, 2 Little Grebes, 1 Canada x Barnacle Goose hybrid, 32 Russian White-fronted Geese, 10 Meadow Pipits, 1 Curlew, 1 littoralis Rock Pipit, 2 Stonechats and 2 Shelduck.
