November 29th

It was a bitterly cold morning as we walked from Reculver to Coldharbour and back with a fresh WNW wind blowing. We saw 27 Dark-bellied Brent Geese, 17 Oystercatchers, 1 Ringed Plover, 2 large auks flying E, 2 Stonechats, 11 Knot flying W, 3 Shelduck, 4 Mallard, 1 Redshank, 1 Great Crested Grebe, 1 female Eider flying E, 1 Kestrel, 1 male Snow Bunting, 3 Corn Buntings and 2 Goldfinches.

Stonechat

This morning Mike and Maria Longdon found a ring-tailed Hen Harrier hunting in the fields at  Coldharbour.
