On a wet and windy morning Matt walked along the seawall to Plumpudding and back along the embankment. He recorded 10 Stonechats, 15 Chiffchaffs, 3 Little Grebes, 2 Grey Herons, 8 Sandwich Terns, 1 Wheatear, 1 Red-throated Diver, 2 Great Crested Grebes, 2 Knot, 140 Greylag Geese, 1 Yellowhammer, 5 Goldcrests, 9 Cetti's Warblers, 1 Blackcap, 35 Mallard, 92 Golden Plovers, 6 Sanderling, 3 Ravens, 4 Swallows, 14 Coot, 3 Little Grebes, 1 Tufted Duck, 84 Lapwings, 1 Peregrine, 1 Common Buzzards, 1 Marsh Harrier, 2 Rock Pipits, 1 Kingfisher, 1 Sparrowhawk, 1 Gannet and 1 Curlew.
